Basil Sauce Pesto Genovese

Please try this if you have a lot of basil. It's so versatile since you can use it in a wide variety of sandwiches or pasta. You can also freeze it.


50 g
1 clove
Pine nuts
20 g
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon


1. Grate the garlic. Pick the basil leaves off the stems and wash. Gently pat dry.
2. Put all the ingredients apart from the basil in a food processor or juicer and blend.
3. Add basil in 3 or 4 batches and it's done.
