Super-Quick Spicy Cheese Salmon

The combination of slightly spicy mixed miso and cheese is the best.
It's easy to make and you get to eat plenty of vegetables.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Raw salmon
4 pieces
a small amount
a small amount
2 tablespoons
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 packet
Processed sliced cheese
4 slices
50 g
1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon
☆Grated garlic
1 piece
Finely sliced green onions
1 stock


1. Mix the ingredients marked ☆ together to make the mixed miso. Chop the cabbage and thinly slice the onion. Break off the root end of the shimeji mushrooms and separate.
2. Pat dry the salmon and season with the salt, pepper, and sake.
3. Tear aluminium foil to a wrappable size and put on half a serving of cabbage and onions. Then add 1/8 of the mixed miso.
4. Put salmon on top of step 3 then top with another half serving of cabbage and onions along with one serving of shimeji mushrooms. Cover with 1/8 of the mixed miso.
5. Top with 1 slice of cheese and wrap up the aluminium foil.
6. Repeat Steps 3-5 four times. Cook in an oven for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked sprinkle on the cut green onions and it's ready to serve.
