Peel and core the apple and slice 1 cm thick. Slice the banana 1 cm thick too. Sprinkle with lemon juice, arrange in a single layer in a plastic bag, seal and freeze.
Divide the mandarine orange into segments and cut up the spinach roughly. Put them with the frozen fruit and water in a blender, blend until smooth, and it's done.
If you are a vegetable juice novice, try using milk or yogurt instead of the water, or add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, to make the smoothie easier to drink.

Some time ago, I lost about 30 kg in 3 months. That was more than 10 years ago, and I haven't regained the weight! This is a diet that was popular at the time. (Of course I exercised as well!)
In Step 1, be sure to sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice! This will prevent them from discoloring, and also make the smoothie taste more refreshing. If you really want to drink the smoothie right away, and you're too impatient for Step 1, add a few ice cubes and about 1/2 of lemon juice to the blender.
