Lose Weight the Healthy Way! Vegetable Smoothies

A long time ago, I successfully lost weight while drinking this.

Ingredients

Banana
1
Apple
1/4
Lemon juice
as needed
Mandarine or other type of orange
1
Spinach (or komatsuna greens)
1 to 3 plants or clusters
Water
100 ml

Steps

1. Peel and core the apple and slice 1 cm thick. Slice the banana 1 cm thick too. Sprinkle with lemon juice, arrange in a single layer in a plastic bag, seal and freeze.
2. Divide the mandarine orange into segments and cut up the spinach roughly. Put them with the frozen fruit and water in a blender, blend until smooth, and it's done.
3. If you are a vegetable juice novice, try using milk or yogurt instead of the water, or add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, to make the smoothie easier to drink.

Story Behind this Recipe

Some time ago, I lost about 30 kg in 3 months.
That was more than 10 years ago, and I haven't regained the weight!
This is a diet that was popular at the time. (Of course I exercised as well!)
