This is an easy way to make crispy tempura without special tempura flour! This batter makes tempura that is delicious even when cold. It's so easy, you just have to mix the ingredients together.

Ingredients

Flour
1 cup
Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Salt
a pinch
Cold water
150 ml

Steps

1. Just briefly mix the above ingredients together. Then, dip your favorite foods into it, fry it up, and enjoy!
2. I served the tempura over chilled udon noodles.
