For Lunch Boxes! Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelette) with Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise

Everyone loves this oyster sauce and mayonnaise taste. It has a strong taste so you can eat more rice. The mayonnaise gives the tamagoyaki a more 'fluffy' effect!

Ingredients: 3 pieces

Egg
1
Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
as needed

Steps

1. Crack the egg into the bowl and add the mayonnaise and oyster sauce. Stir well.
2. Heat oil in the omelette pan and pour half of the egg mixture to evenly coat surface. Mix lightly with chopsticks.
3. When the omelette starts to set, roll it from the opposite end and work towards you. Then pour the remaining egg mixture and do the same to roll around the first roll to make a layer. Cut into 3 portions.
