Crack the egg into the bowl and add the mayonnaise and oyster sauce. Stir well.
Heat oil in the omelette pan and pour half of the egg mixture to evenly coat surface. Mix lightly with chopsticks.
When the omelette starts to set, roll it from the opposite end and work towards you. Then pour the remaining egg mixture and do the same to roll around the first roll to make a layer. Cut into 3 portions.

I’m creating a variety of tamagoyaki flavours for my lunch box every day. I tried my favourite oyster sauce and mayonnaise taste and it turned out very nice. So, I uploaded this here.
When you mix egg with oyster sauce and mayonnaise, you may find that they do not mix well. But it’s okay! Just ignoring the lumps, the mayonnaise melts and combines nicely!
