Salty Sweet Potato Sticks

Sweet potato sticks are actually very simple to make.
They have a slight salty sweetness. Make as a snack and you won't stop eating!
Definitely enjoy freshly cooked! They're full of fiber.

Ingredients: whatever is easy to make

Sweet potato
100 to 150 g (1 small)
4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
a bit less than 1/2 teaspoon


1. Julienne the sweet potato and fry in 160℃ oil slowly until crispy.
2. Once golden browned and crispy, remove and drain.
3. Add sugar, salt, and water to a pot and heat on low-medium heat. Simmer until it becomes creamy. Caution: be careful not to let the sugar caramelize.
4. Add the fried sweet potato to the pot and once you've mixed with the sauce, it's complete. It's delicious freshly fried! It's also delicious cooled and crunchy!

Autumn means sweet potatoes! Once I got tired of regular sweet potatoes and sweet potato pudding, I settled on this simple sweet potato stick.
