Homemade Seasoning: Low-Sugar Onion Dressing

I recommend this for people who don't like overly sweet salad dressings. The ingredient ratio is easy to remember.

Ingredients: About 350 ml

1 large
1 clove
Vegetable oil
100 ml
150 ml
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
to taste


1. Slice the onion and blend together with the other ingredients in a blender.
2. If you don't have a blender, use a grater to grate the onion and garlic.
3. Let it sit overnight before use. Put it in a tupperware container or PET bottle, and it'll keep in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
4. I store the dressing in a special ceramic salad dressing container, which is easy to wash and seals well.
