Simple and Nutritious Tofu Matcha Pound Cake

It's super easy and moist!
An oil-free and nutritious cake.

Ingredients: 18 cm pound cake mold

Cake flour
50 g
Bread (strong) flour
50 g
40 g
Silken tofu
100 g
Baking powder
5 g
Matcha (I used aojiru)
2 teaspoons
Cooked adzuki beans (canned)
100 g


1. Combine all ingredients except for the adzuki beans, and blend with a hand mixer (or food processor).
2. Add adzuki beans to Step 1.
3. Line a pound cake mold with parchment paper and pour in the batter from Step 2.
4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 170℃ until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
5. After baking for about 10 minutes, score the top with a knife to give it a nice finish.
6. I cut the parchment sheet to the shape of the mold, leaving excess hanging out of the edges.
