When I had morning sickness, I was eating nothing but soba. I got tired of the usual way of eating it, so I adapted a "Soy Milk Noodles" recipe to make dipping sauce for soba.
It's easy - just mix the ingredients. You can adjust the amount of soy milk as needed depending on the strength of your mentsuyu.
