Easy Korean Namul with Garlic Chives and Bean Sprouts

Any left-over vegetables are OK!
This is a handy side dish when you want to add a little more variety to your dinner table.

Ingredients

Bean sprouts
1 bag
Garlic chives
1 bunch
Mixed seasonings:
Sesame oil
3 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Toasted whole sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Grated garlic
1 clove
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Japanese dashi stock powder
To taste

Steps

1. Combine the seasonings. Cook the vegetables and allow to cool. Mix the vegetables with the seasonings. Leave to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
