Toaster Oven Omelette With Colorful Vegetables

Toaster Oven Omelette With Colorful Vegetables

Just make all the ingredients ready and put in the toaster oven. You can eat it as-is, or make it a sandwich filling. You can cook it in a small cup and pack it in a bento too.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Wiener sausages
Cherry tomatoes
Frozen corn or mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons
Grated cheese
1 teaspoon
a pinch
a small amount
Butter or margarine
as needed

1. Cut the sausages into small pieces, and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
2. Butter the cooking dish lightly
3. Mix the sausage together with the egg in the cooking plate, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with some grated cheese.
4. Cook in a toaster oven. When the egg is fluffy it's done.
5. It looks like this.
6. If you cook the mixture in small cups, they become colorful bento items.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was chosen to be a tester for a heatproof cooking dish, so I thought up a recipe that just used the toaster oven. I wanted to make something that could be packed into bentos, and just needed to be prepped and mixed.
