Pork Wraps with Umeboshi and Cabbage

The umeboshi flavor is so refreshing. The cabbage is also crispy and delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork loin
8 slices
80 to 100 g
Umeboshi paste
2 plums worth
A dash
Sesame oil
As needed


1. Shred the cabbage.
2. Remove the seeds from the umeboshi plum and pound into a paste.
3. Combine the umeboshi with the cabbage.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Align the sliced pork in pairs and sprinkle lightly with salt. Place the cabbage and plum mixture (from step 4) nearest to you.
6. Wrap up tightly
7. Spread a modest amount of sesame oil in a pan. Cook both sides of the meat until brown.
8. Slice in half for a nice cross-section! Enjoy!
