Story Behind this Recipe
I've tried so many recipes, but I still think my own tastes much better than others. My chocolate gateau has been highly praised by my seniors. I heard that baking this cake helped someone capture her love interest.
Make sure to whip the merengue until it's glossy and doesn't fall even when the bowl is flipped upside-down.
I'm sure it'll turn out nicely if you make this cake with a presumption that you'll give it so someone you love.
