Low-Calorie Non-Fried Sweet Potatoes Lemon Flavored

This has a refreshing lemon flavor. This sweet potato is sweet and easy to eat. And the potatoes won't stick together!


Sweet potato
1 large
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice (Pokka lemon 100)
1 tablespoon
Black sesame seeds
to taste


1. Cut the sweet potato into whatever size you like and soak in water. Lightly dry, wrap, and microwave! They're good if you can cleanly pierce through them!
2. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, add the sweet potatoes, and cook until browned.
3. Add the flavoring, bring to a boil and then sprinkle sesame seeds and it's complete!
