Easy Bean Sprout and Tuna Salad with Curry Mayonnaise

The crispy bean sprouts and the spicy kick of curry powder is an addicting combination.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1 bag (250 g)
◎ Canned flaked tuna (80 g)
1 can
◎ Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
◎ Curry powder
2 teaspoons
◎ Salt and pepper
a small amount
◎ Umami seasoning (optional)
a small amount
Young green onions (optional)
As needed

Steps

1. Wash the bean sprouts and drain. In a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minute at 600 W. Leave to cool down.
2. When the bean sprouts have cooled down, thoroughly drain the water that seeped out. I uncovered the plastic wrap a crack to drain the water as seen in the photo.
3. Remove the wrap, add the ◎ ingredients (drain the oil from the tuna beforehand) and mix well. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with chopped green onion and done.
