Cake with Pancake Mix and Tofu

You can make this super-easy cake in no time, plus only using a single bowl. It tastes so soft and mild thanks to the tofu.

Ingredients: two 16cm-sized pound cake molds

Pancake mix
200 g


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). Grease and flour the mold or line with parchment paper.
2. With a spatula, mix margarine and sugar in a bowl. Add tofu, eggs, and pancake mix in order. Stir thoroughly.
3. Pour into the mold. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes to finish.
