Creamy Shrimp and Tomato Pasta

This is easy and super yummy!!
It's creamy shrimp and tomato pasta with bacon.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Frozen shrimp

Tomatoes

Bacon
1 slice
Garlic
1 clove
Heavy cream
150 g
Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
White wine
a small amount
Consommé cube

Salt and pepper
a small amount
(Red chili pepper)
to taste
(Green beans)

Steps

1. While the pasta is boiling, stir-fry the bacon. Add minced garlic and continue stir-frying in the bacon fat until fragrant. Optionally add minced onion.
2. Add bite-sized tomatoes to the bacon and garlic mix. Cut the green beans in half and add if you have them. Add the defrosted shrimp.
3. Steam the shrimp with white wine. When cooked through, add cheese, consommé, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
4. Mix the sauce with the freshly cooked pasta, sprinkle with plenty of coarsely ground salt and pepper, and serve!!!
