Super Easy Wakame Soup

This is a quick wakame seaweed soup.
It's great for busy mornings and when you have sudden guests.

Ingredients: 1 bowlful

Boiling water
150 ml
Dried wakame seaweed
A pinch
Granulated Japanese style dashi (soup base)
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Green onion
as needed

Steps

1. Add everything except boiling water to a serving bowl first, then add the boiling water. That's it!
2. I pack the dried wakame seaweed, dashi, salt and dried wheat gluten in a little bag for lunch. You can make it in a mug in the office.
3. Adjust the amount of salt as you'd like!
