Pesto Genovese Sashimi Cocktail Salad

Enjoy fresh cuts of sashimi in this Western salad.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Fresh sashimi grade tuna
80 g
Sashimi grade salmon
60 g
♡ Pesto genovese
heaping 1 tablespoon
♡ Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
♡ Wasabi in a tube
2 cm
♡ Krazy Salt
to taste
Vegetables to garnish
as much as you like


1. Mix the ingredients really well.
2. Cut the sashimi into bite-size pieces.
3. Toss the sashimi from Step 2 with the sauce from Step 1, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I don't like raw fish myself, but I had a sashimi cocktail salad with pesto in a restaurant.
To my surprise, it was refreshing and I enjoyed it. So I tried to recreate the taste.
