Jiggly Pudding

This is a light and smooth egg pudding. It's so jiggly and fun to scoop it out of the cup!

Ingredients: 6 pudding cups

3 medium (180 g)
50 g
Milk (4.4% milkfat)
500 ml
Vanilla essence
3 drops
Caramel syrup Recipe ID: 931371
as desired


1. Beat the eggs trying not to incorporate much air. Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and mix together.
2. Strain twice through a strainer and pour into containers.
3. Steam in a hot water steamer on medium heat for 13 minutes.
4. Let cool at room temperature. When cooled, put into the refrigerator to chill.
5. Top with caramel sauce (Recipe ID: 931371) and enjoy!
