I was told by someone that they wanted to eat it everyday! I'm really proud of this recipe. It's perfect for lunch for one, for dinner, for parties, etc. Kids love the flavor too!
I made this because I didn't have any time.
The only hint is probably to use piping hot cooked rice.If the cheese melts, it tastes even better.If you want to add a little spice, use the doubanjiang to make it spicy and have a richer flavor.
