Seafood Rice Balls

This recipe is so easy. Eat it for breakfast, or pack it in your lunch box.

Ingredients: Serves 1

Cooked rice (warm)
1 scant bowlful (using a rice bowl)
Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
1~2 tablespoons
Salmon flakes (ready made)
1~2 tablespoons
Nori Seaweed Paste
1~2 teaspoons
Fine chopped leek (optional)
to taste

Steps

1. Add the ingredients to the warm rice. Add as much shredded leeks as you like. Mix, mix.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and form into your preferred shape.
