Natto Spaghetti

Natto Spaghetti

I recommend this for times when you want to make something quick or when you have no time. I often make this for lunch.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
1 pack
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Shredded nori seaweed
a small amount


1. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water.
2. Put the butter onto a large plate. Mix the natto with the sauce and Japanese mustard included in the pack.
3. When the pasta has finished boiling, put it on the plate with the butter and combine well. Pour on the soy sauce and lemon juice, and stir the flavors in. Top with the natto and shredded nori seaweed.
