I rolled cheese and nori seaweed up in chikuwa fish sticks and deep fried them. This is one voluminous dish. Add to bentos, or enjoy as a beer snack .
I like fried fish sticks. This time I made a cute version with seaweed and cheese.
Use about 2 cm of oil to deep fry. To save time, I fried them when coated in egg and breadcrumbs.
