Crispy Pizza with Basil Sauce

This recipe makes a crispy pizza with basil sauce.
Of course, you can top it with your own sauce, too!

Ingredients: Makes two 20 cm diameter pizzas

Crust:
Strong flour
90 g
Katakuriko
10 g
Salt
a pinch
Water
55 ml
Sauce:
Basil Sauce: (Recipe ID: 895339)
1 tablespoon
Toppings:
Bacon
3 to 4 slices
Pizza cheese
to taste
Grated cheese
to taste
Basil
to taste

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients, except for the water, into a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
2. Add the water, then knead for 3 minutes by hand. If you have time, wrap in plastic wrap, then put it in a sealed container for 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Lightly dust a sheet of parchment paper with flour (or aluminum foil, if baking in a oven), lay the dough on top, then roll out. If you have time, blind bake the dough.
4. Add the toppings in the following order: basil sauce, black pepper, vegetables, bacon or other meat, cheese, and basil, then drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes in oven preheated to 230℃, then serve! Or, bake in a oven until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
