Delicious & Health-Boosting Banana Ginger Cookies

Soft cookies with lots of ginger and the plentiful taste of banana. Enjoy the crispy feel of granulated sugar and the punch of the ginger.

Ingredients: about 18 cookies

●Cake flour
100 g
●Black tea leaves (tea bag)
1 bag (2 g)
●Raw cane sugar
30 g
●Salt
a pinch
●Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Banana
1 medium-sized (80 g)
Ginger
1 teaspoon + 1/2 - 2
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon + 1/2
(Topping) Granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
10 g

Steps

1. Add the ● ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2. Use the back of a fork to crush the banana, mix with the grated ginger and set aside.
3. Combine the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 with the vegetable oil and make into a dough.
4. Scoop out with a spoon, line up on a baking sheet and top with the sugar.
5. Cook in your pre-heated oven at 170 ℃ for about 15 minutes, and they're complete.
