Deliciously Healthy! Black Sesame Pudding

This is a super yummy black sesame pudding that doesn't use any heavy cream! This is great for those times when you want to make something sweet but super easy.

Ingredients: 6 mini-pudding cups

400 ml
50 g
Black sesame seeds
20~25 g
5 g
Water or hot water (for soaking the gelatin)
2 tablespoons


1. Soak the gelatin in water or hot water. Grind the sesame seeds.
2. Warm the milk in a pot and dissolve the sugar into it. Once dissolved, turn off the heat and mix in the gelatin and ground sesame seeds until the mixture has dissolved.
3. Pour Step 2 into the containers.
4. When the pudding has cooled, chill in the refrigerator. The pudding will be set in 2~3 hours.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had a lot of sesame, so I wanted to use it for some Japanese-style desserts. If you like sesame, I don't think you'll be able to resist this!
