Shiso-Cheese Swirls

A great filler for lunchboxes when you're in a panic! Just wrap up the two ingredients! It's a 1-minute recipe!


Shiso leaf
1 leaf
Sliced cheese
2/3 slice


1. Wash the shiso leaf, cut off the stem and cut in half lengthwise. Put a slice of cheese on the back of a halved shiso leaf.
2. Roll up and cut into half.
3. Secure with a toothpick or pick, or just leave as-is.
