Maitake Mushrooms and Green Beans with a Ginger and Vinegar Dressing

This is a simple and healthy grilled dish mixed with fragrant ginger vinegar.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Maitake mushrooms
1 pack
Green beans
6~8
Small aburaage
1 slice
Ginger
1 piece
◎ Vinegar
1 tablespoon
◎ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
◎ Sugar
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Mince the ginger and mix with the ◎ ingredients.
2. Separate the maitake mushroom into bite sizes. Cut the green beans into 5 cm length.
3. Pour boiling water over the aburaage in circular motion and thinly slice.
4. On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, lay the ingredients from Steps 2 and 3, taking care not to overlap.
5. Grill in an toaster oven for 4-5 minutes.
6. Dress with the sauce you made in Step 1.
7. Transfer to a serving dish.
