Caramel Ice Cream

Vanilla ice cream is nice, but it's better with caramel. Ice cream rocks!

Ingredients

Eggs
2 large eggs
Heavy cream
200ml
Granulated sugar
40g
Caramel cream
About 30g
Caramel praline

Steps

1. Refer to recipe ID: 808684 for the caramel praline.
2. Combine eggs and half of the sugar into a bowl and beat with the bowl submerged in hot water. (Don't over mix).
3. Put fresh cream and the remaining sugar into a separate bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
4. Gradually add the mixture from step 2 to the mixture from step 3 while mixing (It's a little difficult to mix).
5. Pour into a tray and mix in the caramel cream in random swirls, then chill in the freezer.
6. Add caramel praline as you like.
7. Here it is served in cups.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was making ice cream and ended up with quite a bit of caramel left over, so I added that too and upped the deliciousness.
