Dried Cranberry Macrobiotic Brownies

Even though these brownies doesn't have chocolate, they're still really rich and incredibly moist! They're so delicious!


Rice flour
100 g
Whole wheat flour
20 g
Cocoa powder
30 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
a dash
50 ml
Soy milk
120 ml
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Dried cranberries
approx. 30 berries


1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl.
2. Mix together the honey, soy milk and oil. Add to the Step 1 bowl and mix well.
3. Pout the mixture into a baking tin and even out the surface. Press the cranberries into the mixture.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 13 minutes, and they're done.
