Healthy Sesame Dressing

Healthy but delicious!


Ground sesame seeds
3 tablespoons
1/2 tablespoon
Vegetable oil, mayonnaise, sugar, yogurt, soy sauce, milk
1 tablespoon each
This dressing is also delicious without the oil.


1. Just mix all the ingredients together, and that's it!

4. Over cucumbers and chicken breast, bang-bang chicken style.
5. For a cold pork shabu shabu salad.
