Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks with Mayonnaise and Corn

Place a mixture of mayonnaise and corn on top of chikuwa fishcake sticks! Once baked, they are delicious and cute.

Ingredients: 4 pieces

Chikuwa
1
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Corn
as needed
Parsley or ketchup (if you like)
a small amount

Steps

1. Mix in your desired amounts of mayonnaise and corn.
2. Cut the chikuwa into 4 even pieces.
3. Spoon the mayonnaise and corn mixture into the hollows of the chikuwa.
4. Bake for about 5 minutes and it's done. Sprinkle with parsley or ketchup if you like!
