Okonomiyaki with Lots of Cabbage

Soft and delicious okonomiyaki with tofu and a lot of cabbage!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

For the batter:
Cabbage (minced)
1/2 (400 g)
Cake flour
130 g
Japanese dashi stock
150 ml
Tofu (silken)
80 g
Black pepper
1 teaspoon
Corn kernels, tempura crumbs, pork, cheese, mochi, etc
to taste
Okonomiyaki sauce
to taste
to taste
Bonito flakes
to taste
to taste


1. Put the batter ingredients except cabbage into a bowl and mix. When it's mixed, add cabbage and the toppings (except meat).
2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in using the ladle. Place the meat on the batter as illustrated in the photo.
3. Flip it over and cook until golden brown.
4. The meat side should look like this.
5. Put the sauce and the toppings on it and enjoy!
