Sausage Faces for Bento Lunchboxes

Sausage Faces for Bento Lunchboxes

Open up your bento box -- look! Some strange creatures are hiding in there.
Tuck these funny characters in a bento box and put a smile on your kid's face.

Ingredients: 2 sausage creatures

Wiener sausage
Vegetable oil
as needed
Salt and pepper
A small amount of each
Nori seaweed
A small amount

1. Slice the sausage in half, and make a cut into each like this.
2. Stir-fry the sausage bits in oil in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Use a nori punch to cut out the eyes and so forth. Stick the nori bits on the sausage to finish.
4. If you cut the sausage into 3 pieces and position the pieces horizontally on a pick, you'll have all three brothers lined up! Please refer to Leo's recipe for wiener sausage on a stick (Recipe ID: 863315).
5. Here's one of the guys with a, piece of daikon radish sprout in his mouth. Flamenco style?
6. Here's a snowman. Use half the sausage for the body, and stick the head on with a pick.
7. Add a broccoli floret to make a sausage man with an afro.
8. One person made an Anpanman version.
