Foil Cooked Miso Flavored Pork

Cover the pork with miso, wrap in aluminum foil, and steam-cook♪. This is healthy since it doesn't require oil.
The taste goes well with rice.

Ingredients: 4 people

Pork loin sliced thinly
300g
Bean sprouts
1 bag
Onion
1/2 onion
Japanese leek
1
For the miso sauce:
●Miso
3 tablespoons
●Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons
●Vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons
●Ground white sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the pork in half and sprinkle salt and pepper. Wash the bean spouts, and strain. Slice the onions, and slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
2. Mix the • ingredients together to make the miso dressing. Prepare four 30cm squares of aluminum foil.
3. Place the bean sprouts, onions, pork, miso dressing, and Japanese leeks on the center of the foil in that order.
4. Firmly seal the aluminum foil from Step 3.
5. Cook Step 4 for about 15 minutes in a toaster oven, and it is done!!
6. I cooked it using the fish grill on my stove. It will get a nice grilled look, making it look delicious.
