Earthenware Pudding With 1 Egg

Earthenware Pudding With 1 Egg

This is a pudding made from only 1 egg. And the total time is just two minutes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 tablespoon
1 cup (200 ml)

1. This is all you need for the ingredients!! Very simple.
2. Crack the egg, and add the sugar and milk.
3. Pour through a strainer.
4. Place in your containers and wrap.
5. Put two cups of water in an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Spread crinkled aluminum foil on the bottom.
6. Carefully add the containers, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes. Stop the heat and let sit for 15 minutes while still covered.
7. Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove from the pot. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and it's complete!
8. Top with maple syrup if you like, it's very delicious.
9. You can also use cups or ramekins! Aside from an earthenware pot, I also made this using a Le Creuset pot.
