Carrot Dressing

You can easily prepare this scrumptious dressing in your food processor!

Ingredients

Carrots

●Mirin
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Peel the carrots and cut into chunks. Put into a food processor.
2. Add the onion to the food processor and continue pureeing.
3. Add all of the ● ingredients into the food processor and mix. This time, I used extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and low-sodium soy sauce.
4. I used Honmirin. It's really simple, but if you use delicious ingredients, you'll end up with an even more delicious sauce.
5. It's done!
6. It makes about 800 ml. I put it into a empty glass jar, so it looks rather trendy!
7. It's ready real quick, but if you can let it sit for a bit, the flavors will really sink in and it's delicious.
8. Store in the refrigerator. The taste will keep, but we tend to eat it up within 5 days.
