Fragrant Basil Bread

I mixed basil sauce into bread dough and baked it. Basil and bread go so well together! I especially recommend eating this freshly baked.

Ingredients: 12 round rolls

◆Bread (strong) flour
230 g
◆Cake flour
50 g
◆Milk
160 ml
◆Sugar
16 g
◆Butter
20 g
◆Salt
4 g
◆Dry yeast
4 g
◆Basil sauce (Recipe ID: 647443)
50 g

Steps

1. Combine the bread flour and cake flour, and sift twice. Put the ◆ ingredients in a bread machine, and leave it up to the machine up to the 1st rising.
2. Take the dough out and deflate lightly. Divide into 12 portions of about 44 g each. Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Round out each ball of dough again, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
4. Use the oven's bread-rising function to let the dough rise again for 30 minutes at 40°C (2nd rising).
5. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes. If it looks like the bread may be getting burned, cover with aluminum foil.
