Kabocha Squash Croquette Balls Loved By Kids

A scrumptious combo of kabocha squash and cheese.
A perfect snack that's a big hit with the kids!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Kabocha squash
Cream cheese
100 g
☆ Sugar
1 teaspoon
☆ Milk
2 tablespoons
☆ Salt and pepper
To taste

1. Microwave the kabocha squash until soft, and mash with a fork. (You can leave the skin on or off. Mash to your desired consistency).
2. Season with the ingredients marked ☆, put a cube of cream cheese inside and form croquette balls. (Note: I was able to make 12 croquette balls.)
3. Coat the croquette balls first in flour, egg, panko, then deep-fry them. (The round shape makes it easy to roll them around in panko.)
