Milk-Rich Bread (12 x 12 x 24 Pan)

For those of you with a large pan, I've finally come up with a delicious combination of ingredients.

Ingredients: makes 2 loaves, 12 x 12 x 24

Bread (strong) flour
490 g
340 ml
Dry yeast
6 g
35 g
Skim milk powder
20 g
8 g
30 g


1. Add the milk first, then add all the other ingredients to your bread maker. Allow to rise.
2. Separate into 3 pieces, with each piece being about 320 g. Make into round shapes, cover with a cloth, and let sit for 20 minutes.
3. Spread margarine in your pan. Fully deflate the dough and place it in your pan. Allow to rise for a second time. It should expand to fill up 80% of the pan.
4. Bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes. Immediately remove from the pan and cool.
