Cheesy French Bread in a Bread Machine

Cheesy French Bread in a Bread Machine

A cheat version of French bread.
This bread is soft and tender rather than hard and crusty like a baguette.

Ingredients: 1 loaf

Semi-strong flour (Lys Dor)
200 g
5 g
5 g
125 - 130 g
Dry yeast
2.5 g
When Shaping
60 g (7 - 8 slices)

1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker and start the bread dough course. Once it's done, release the gas bubbles and let rest for 15 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough to 20 x 25 cm, scatter with cubed cheese, roll up as you would when rolling up a roll cake, and tightly seal the ends.
3. Leave it rise until doubled in size.
4. Make cuts in the top and then bake for 20 minutes in a 220°C oven.
5. I rolled up the bread with bacon, cream cheese, and black pepper.
6. You could cut the dough in half, form into thin loaves, and bake to get a baguette.
7. Wrap it around cheddar cheese for a rich bread.

Story Behind this Recipe

I used simple ingredients to make a hearth-style bread like you often see in bakeries.
