Mocha Chocolate Pudding without Heavy Cream

This amazing combination of cocoa powder and coffee is full of edible collagen. It's also easy to remove from the pudding mold.

Ingredients: easy to make amount

500 ml
Pure cocoa powder
1 tablespoon
Instant coffee (instant hot chocolate would be OK too)
1 tablespoon
Sugar (or artificial sweetener)
30 - 40 g
Powdered gelatin
10 g


1. Soak powdered gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water. Combine 250 ml of milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee and sugar in a saucepan. Warm the mixture as you stir.
2. Once the milk mixture warms up, add the soaked gelatin and melt. Remove from heat and add another 250 ml of milk. Pour into whatever containers and chill in the fridge.
3. Decorate with ice cream or whipped cream on top if you like. If so, I recommend reducing the sugar.
