Chicken & Cranberry Pizza

I don't want to make sweets! I mixed cranberries and meat in this dish. It's great for your skin.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Store-bought pizza crust
25 cm diameter
Store-bought pizza sauce
3-4 tablespoons
Chicken meat
50 g
Dried cranberries
3 heaping tablespoons
Dried rosemary
1 tablespoon
Grated cheese (melting type)
as desired
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Coat the chicken well with salt and pepper.
2. Fry up Step 1 in a frying pan and let cool.
3. If using pizza dough, bake about 70% done.
4. Cut up the pizza toppings. Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat pieces. Cut the onions into cubes. Slice the mushrooms.
5. Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza crust.
6. Top with Step 4, the cranberries, and rosemary.
7. Top with melting cheese and bake in an oven at 180℃ for 6-7 minutes. It's ready when the cheese has melted.
8. The tart and salty flavor is wonderful!
