Heat oil in a frying pan, shape the meat into circular patties with your hands and fry both sides.

This is a recipe to use up okara.
You can taste the okara with this ratio, so this is good for people who love soy beans. For those people who want to make them more meaty, or people who don't like okara, I recommend using 300 g of ground meat and 100 g of okara.
