Moist and Chewy Tofu Cake

This recipe uses the water content from the tofu so there is no need to add milk or oil.

Ingredients: 1 pound cake pan

Pancake mix
200 g
Silken tofu
300 g
40 g
Butter (or margarine)


1. Whip the tofu (no need to drain) and egg with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add the pancake mix and sugar to Step 1, and mix well with a spatula.
3. Pour Step 2 mixture into a butter-greased pan, and bake it for 30 - 40 minutes at 180℃ /355℉.
4. Done.
5. It goes well with apple and red wine compote.
