Maple Syrup Muffins with Pancake Mix

Just mix and bake maple syrup, pancake mix and other ingredients for these easy muffins.

Ingredients: 18 small cupcake moulds

Pancake mix
200 g
Butter or margarine for baking
30 g
Maple syrup
3-4 tablespoons
80-100 ml


1. I used 4 cm paper cupcake moulds. Preheat the oven to 170℃. Microwave the butter or let it soften at room temperature naturally.
2. Mix the egg and butter well with a whisk.
3. Add maple syrup to Step 2 and lightly mix. Add the egg little by little and mix it in well.
4. Add the pancake mix and fold it in quickly.
5. Pour the batter into the paper moulds, about 70-80% of the way.
6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 170℃, and they are done. Adjust the time and temperature to your oven.
