Creamy Melting Triple-layered Mango Pudding

So creamy Nice and soft It has a runny texture than regular pudding... It's simple and yet delicious. I've changed the measurements slightly.

Ingredients: 5 pudding cups' worth

・Mango pudding
Milk
100 g
Mango puree
100 g
Mango syrup
30 g
Heavy cream
100 g
Granulated sugar
30 g
Gelatin
3 g
Water
1 tablespoon
・Yogurt pudding
Plain yogurt
50 g
Granulated sugar
20 g
Heavy cream
100 g
Gelatin
2 g
Water
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. [Mango pudding] Dissolve the gelatin. Combine the milk and granulated sugar in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Take the pot off the heat. Add the gelatin, mango puree, mango syrup, and heavy cream in order. Mix well with each addition.
3. Using a spoon, pour the mixture into individual pudding cups. (Chill in the fridge.)
4. [Yogurt pudding] Add water to the gelatin. Warm the mixture over a hot bath until the gelatin melts completely.
5. Add yogurt, granulated sugar, and gelatin into the bowl. Heat slightly in the microwave.
6. Add heavy cream into the yogurt mixture and mix briskly. Pour over the mango mixture that's already in the pudding cup. Smooth out the surface.
7. When the pudding has hardened, top with ready made mango sauce (for yogurt) and chill to enjoy.
8. If you chill the store bought mango sauce, it becomes nice and firm.
