Bacon & Cheese Mini Bread Log

This soft and fluffy bread has bacon and cheese wrapped up in it
Perfect as a side to any meal. The dough requires no eggs.

Ingredients: 2 loaves (330 x 55 x 55 mm)

Strong (bread) flour
300 g
30 g
4 g
40 g
220 g
Dried yeast
4 g
A) Bacon
A) Processed cheese
2 slices~
B) Parmesan cheese
to taste♪
B) Black Pepper
to taste♪
Garlic Margarine (optional)
a small amount


1. Finely chop the bacon and cheese.
2. Make the bread dough in the bread maker and let it proof.
3. Separate into 2 portions and let rest for 15 minutes.
4. After proofing.
5. Roll out the dough into a 25 cm square, matching the size to the bread pan.
6. Spread with margarine and scatter on the chopped ingredients from Step 1. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Wrap it up tightly and seal the ends.
8. Place into the greased bread pans and let rise a second time until they fill about 80% of the pan.
9. Close the lid and bake in a 200°C oven. (adjust the time and temperature as needed)
10. Slide open the lid about 20 cm, and drop the pan at a height. This will prevent shrinking.
11. The loaves are soft and fluffy, and filled with cheese and bacon.
12. These are baked in a different sized mold.
