Easy Blueberry Jam

Blueberry jam can be made in an instant!
Since it's so easy and delicious, give it a try.


Blueberries (fresh)
250 g
100 g (40% of the weight of the blueberries)
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
a pinch


1. Rinse the blueberries and drain excess water. Put in a pot, simmer on low heat while constantly stirring until they soften.
2. When they look like this, add sugar and lemon juice, then simmer for a while. Sprinkle salt, then transfer to a sterilized jar.
